The delegation was led by Hon. Lady Justice Matheka and coordinated by Dr Moses Marang\u2019a, the NCAJ Executive Director.<\/p>\n<p>Other members of the delegation include Hon Kibosia (Judiciary) Ms Omundi (Prisons) Ms Karimi
