The NCAJ Committee on Criminal Justice Reforms led by its Chairperson Justice Grace Ngenye also joined by the Executive Director NCAJ Dr Moses Marang’a, retreated to review ongoing legal and policy reform initiatives geared towards efficient administration of criminal justice.
