The National Council on the Administration of Justice (NCAJ) Standing Committee on the Administration of Justice for Children led by its Chairperson Justice Teresia Matheka held a retreat to deliberate on the draft Rules of Children Act 2022 and other reforms aimed at having the best interests of children in the justice system.
