The Chairperson of the National Council on Criminal Justice Reforms, Court of Appeal Judge, Hon Grace Ngenye, makes submissions to the Taskforce on the Terms and Conditions of Service for the National Police Service (NPS) and Kenya Prisons Service (KPS).
The Council emphasized the urgent need to leverage on technology to enhance compliance, promote efficiency, enhance problem-solving and boost service delivery within the services.
