Enhancing the Administration and Access to Justice in Kenya

Dr M. Maranga, Executive Director of NCAJ with NCAJ HODs, Ms D. Ndemo and Ms M. Wanyoike, when they paid a courtesy visit to Hon Judith Pareno, PS – State Department for Justice, Human Rights and Constitutional Affairs.

The PS underscored the need to audit the implementation of the constitution, obedience to court orders, observance of the rule of law, and enhancement of access to justice at the grassroots.

The ED emphasised the strengthening of Civil Justice mechanisms, as well as the coordination and implementation of the finalised NCAJ reforms.
