The NCAJ delegation visited Japan on a study tour that was supported by UNAFEI to benchmark on Community based rehabilitation of children in conflict with the law. The delegation was led by Hon. Lady Justice Matheka and coordinated by Dr Moses Marang’a, the NCAJ Executive Director.
Other members of the delegation include Hon Kibosia (Judiciary) Ms Omundi (Prisons) Ms Karimi (ODPP) Ms Adero(Probation) Ms Marygorett (Children Services) Ms Korir (NPS) and Ms Kabata(NCAJ/UNICEF).
